We maintain an inventory of replacement parts on-hand that can be shipped out immediately when needed. Parts and sub-assemblies including filters, hydraulic components, pumps, cutter head drives, suction mouths and cutting teeth are available for VMI equipment or can potentially be fabricated to fit your existing dredge.
Complete Cutter Heads Are Available or can be custom sized to fit your application. A variety of optional cutting edges and teeth styles are available as well.
Several standard cutter head drives are available or a custom drive assembly can be tailored to fit your requirements.
Suction mouthes ranging from 10" (250mm) to 14" (350mm) pipe sizes are available.
Optional hard surfacing welding is available around the intake to extend the life of the mouth.
Replacement weld-on cutting edges and pick points. Carbide pick points are available upon request
